Tea Picking In Assam, North East India, in the foothills of the Himilayas

Expected; Nov Dec 2026, March April 2027 (the cooler but still warm months) to raise money for Mental Health Services in the UK.

A terrific opportunity for up to 10 persons, to partake in a 2 to 4 week holiday tea picking in India in the foot hills of the Himilayas, primarily for to raise funds for Mental Health Services in the UK, either NHS or more localalised Mental Health Services projects, and or both.

All travel (inc. flights, inc. insurance), board, and food will be covered for all participants, and a small spending sum provided every 2 days.

The Tea picking will obviously be more casual than along side experienced tea pickers doing their professions, unless otherwise participation is wanted. However attendance during the light duty 4 day week will be wanted and expected (yes the managing attendee(s) of donations charity will be expected to participate).

We will look to facilitate bringing home a good size bag each of tea for home drying and brewing.

The health benefits of a short holiday like this in the mountain green lush foothills of the Indian Himilayas can not be underestimated, as well as the rewarding worth while experience and good time memories ☕🌱🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️

Selected participants will be expected to contribute and raise sponsorship and charity donations to contribute to the charitable donnations for Mental Health in the UK, as will donationscharity.org be working on raising funds.
